Bridge Expert recognized by the American Arbitration Association for dispute resolution, construction arbitration and trial cases involving construction fatalities and construction claims. Considerable experience in cost estimating, bidding, construction engineering, construction project management for complex bridges and other special structures in United States & Overseas.
Don P. Richards, PE
Don has a unique blend of expertise that includes geotechnical engineering, underground construction of facilities, tunneling, rock mechanics and mining. He has participated in numerous projects from feasibility studies through site investigations, detailed design and construction management. He has represented owners, designers, and contractors. Don’s expertise is in exploration, design, and construction management of various types and sizes of underground excavations. His experience covers a wide geologic range from soft marine soils to hard rock, located in a wide range of geographic environments from the arctic to the tropics and from deserts to mountains.
